      1. Micro Management 2. Flat Organization...No Hierarchy is being followed 3. Gets doubt that whether i am working for corporate company 4. Job description is one and work is other 5. No flexible timings 6. Some idiots will be given authority even though they don't deserve it. 7. If you are not utilizing transport they won't pay you allowance and in return they say the cab is going your way..you should utilize the services. 8. Very bad experience till now 9. Even a non technical person can also become a RM for a technical person which is annoying

      Politics is a weak point

      - Work from home policy is generous - Used to be a start up before Pegs merger - Most employees still help each other - Very good product and interesting space to be in

      Cons

      - After the merger politics in the office became important. Back stabbing may happen. - It is loosing its feel of an ambitious start up

      Pros

      I’m really struggling to find any. The only pro is that they’re now going to be Cendyn so might benefit from actual leadership.

      Cons

      No recognition for the work at all. Directors and managers encourages to take credit for work they didn’t do as it’s the only way to get any attention from senior team. Pointless meetings. Town halls have Gautam reading from a script and the top down culture is so phone.
