Pros
Peerlogic works on the latest technology with its clients. It is a stable company that has not laid off a single person during the pandemic. It delivered on its promises of increments and bonuses during this time. The working hours are reasonable by today's standards and give you a work-life balance. The management gives its technical staff a free hand on the methods to be used and encourages experimentation with new tools and technology.
Cons
It could use some more employee engagement activities.
