- Ethically sound and financially stable company - Positive company culture where people feel balance in their lives - CEO is not only incredibly bright, but one of the kindest human beings ever - The team knows the industry well and are constantly building toward meaningful differentiation - PebblePost can measure it's delivered outcomes, making value props incredibly clear for the market - Onboarding is robust and sets new hires up for success

Cons

It will take some time to build brand awareness and perception as they expand beyond direct mail. However, I do believe the right team and leaders are in place to take on the challenge... which means this isn't necessarily a con. I did not see anything objectively bad, only things that would fall into the bucket of "different strokes for different folks"
