Truthful Review of PAZZION

Pros

Free shoes for staff who are confirmed

Cons

Management likes to portray the company as a ‘family oriented’ company. The truth is – favourism and bias practice in the upper management, HR and merchandisers. Favoured staff are encouraged to gossip on others. Staff are treated as expendables – you are valued if you side with the management, curry up to them, even when decisions are made without justifications. Employees are not valued based on their contributions. Promotions of staff are not done with merits; you will find the least experienced people sitting comfortably in management positions simply because they do what they are told. In the worst situations, the true colours of people are revealed. The Company took the most unreasonable steps to cut up to 60% of staff salaries without engaging the staff properly and doing it on an indefinite timeline. Read through all the past employee reviews other and you will find that the company is blatantly disregarding proper HR practices.

Pros

- there are some nice colleagues to work with - knowledge sharing from colleagues - good environment to learn at own timing

Cons

Due to recent covid19 - implement company wide salary cuts without first discussing with employees - some staff forced to take annual leave, time off or unpaid leave to cut cost - laid off many employees citing company not doing well after only a few weeks because of covid19 but still continue to hire new employees for new company positions. Medical leave - deduct your cash allowance if you take medical leave each month (why take medical leave must be penalize and cut allowance?) Ministry of Manpower Singapore need to check on the above for unfairness. Culture - Top management has no leadership abilities and company has many internal politics which makes working there very unpleasant

Pros

Cozy environment with really friendly and nice colleagues. Free shoes.

Cons

Dishonest pay cut. No official letter from HR to even explain the wage cut. Toxic company culture and office politics. No proper management in the company. Useless KPI settings. No job security at all, boss/manager doesn't like you you are likely to get fired. Manager piles you with work and claims she doesn't know what you are doing. Promotion is not based on how much you have done, but how much your boss/manager like you. No fairness and justice in this company. Keep on eye on Jobstreet. There is a high chance you may find you or your colleague's job being posted :))
