Pros
A company that cares deeply about their clients. A company that is committed to their ideal follow through with time and money. Willing to make changes to help the company and it's employees. Great set of benefits for tenured employees.
Cons
It's a small company, and when turnover happens many departments feel it.

Pros
This company cares about its clients and its employees. They do the right thing for their people even when they don't have to. Flexible work environment (remote, hybrid, or in person, at employee's choice), socially responsible, and strategic. I found the compensation, benefits, and PTO to be competitive. Fantastic people.
Cons
Not a con, but go in knowing that they expect your best.
