      You get a salary every month

      Cons

      In the last few months we worked ourselves to death, 7 days a week, and on public holidays. At least we get paid overtime. It is not sustainable, and the pressure comes from Network International, which is basically a dictatorship. They dictate to us to be in the office full-time. Myself and many other devs are now looking for jobs since we have PTSD and no-one works full-time in the office in this day and age!
