THIS REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSE It is very concerning to me that you have taken the time to write a this review, however never brought any of the stated issues above to someone in management. As these reviews are anonymous, I have no way of telling if this is actually a legitimate complaint, or someone simply trying to drive down our ratings and post incorrect reviews. What I can say in response is we take our business very seriously, and hold ourselves to the highest standards, of safety and professional excellence. I will respond below to ensure the record is set straight for future potential employees or anyone reading this review: 1) All of our employees are paid as per employment standards 2) Safety is our #1 priority, which is why we hold a Certificate of Recognition (COR), and continue to invest heavily in our safety culture, and improving the entire company operations, therefore employee orientations are a mandatory requirement for any new hire, as well as additional site specific orientations are held for each and every site. We have a detailed green hat training system for any new staff in the field in order to ensure we mentor and grow all of our people. I hope that you disregard this review and come see for yourself.

Good morning, It is truly unfortunate that you think that we are trying to manipulate the reviews. This is not the case. With hundreds of employees we truly value each individual feedback to allow us to continue to grow, develop and build a strong foundation for success. Our internal policies and practices are built on a foundation of openness and collaboration. I would love for you to send further feedback and advice to feedback@pavilionstructures.com. All information that comes to this mailbox is kept confidential and the person's information anonymous. The entire company can only get better and stronger with specific, open and critical feedback. We thrive on feedback and need it to build better. I must reiterate that management reads each and every review and we work very hard day in and day out to ensure that we provide our people with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, performance bonuses, extra perks etc. Our biggest investment is our people. As these are anonymous reviews it’s hard to properly respond to this comment as there are no specifics. While there is always room for improvement I ask that you reach out to a management rep directly so that we can either 1) address your concerns directly one on one, 2) take any constructive feedback for future improvement. Our people are our strength and we care about each and every high value relationship. I’m truly sorry that you are currently unsatisfied. This isn’t a job for us this is our lives and we treat every action with the utmost care and diligence. This goes for the way we treat our customers, or vendors, and each other. Success for our families is dependent on it.
