Fantastic people in the Christchurch office, amazing office and location, some good benefits like health and income insurance.
Cons
Really questionable decisions made by upper management in the last year, killing a lot of the great culture the company once had.
Pay is considerably below the market and there's no other incentives to do well.
Innovation is lacking.
