Pros
I've been shown full faith in my ability to get my job done. My job is interesting, varied, challenging and rewarding. I feel like I'm really making a difference here. What a perfect combination! They are very understanding of my family commitments when they have occasionally created an issue, so long as I make up the time. Strong company that has been around for over a hundred years, with a lot of employees (over 700 and counting) and is continuing to grow each year so I'm excited about my future here.
Cons
Could be a little more balanced in terms of gender, but you get that in automotive, and it is something they are working on.
