      Pros

      Management is wonderful and understanding, they really do care about their employees. Work life balance is great. The 4-day work week really is awesome. I truly do love working here and I love my team.

      Supportive and understanding management. Fun work environment. Good balance of hybrid/remote work.

      Cons

      No long term negatives that I’ve encountered. Changes occur often but that is expected with a startup and leaders are supportive through them.
