      Pros

      It says alot about a company when workers typically go from per diem to full time. Autonomy on the job, work flexibility, on going trainings, and great communication makes this job very agreeable.

      Cons

      driving around (but, I mean, you did sign up for that), documentation after visits, and sometimes going into less than desirable homes

      Salaried and paid by weekly Remote and hybrid position Anita and Marla are good people.

      Cons

      Counselors act as supervisors Place clients on your schedule blindly- no communication Schedule may have 2 clients when you start but clients are constantly being added the same day-no flexibility or balance. No real training for EHR-it is always changing No job security -based off productivity.-unrealistic for SUD clients
