Pros

The clients and co-workers are the only thing that makes this company bearable

Cons

Everything. Management is SO poor, specifically the owner/"president" of the company. Communication can take 1 week-3 months, unless you track the upper management down in person. They also take everything you do and twist it to their perspective. You may have 15-20 clients, with only 2% supervision per two weeks. The company is incredibly unethical. Potential employees and clients should move as far away as possible from this company!

Pros

Coworkers and the kids are a pleasure to work with

Cons

Management, Pay, lack of consistency, no respect for employee’s time or ability to make a livable wage, if clients cancel they are sending you home, just another clinic making big money from insurance companies off of the labor of RBTs they exploit and treat as subhuman.

Pros

Great clients and families, and nice to work at a variety of three different locations

Cons

Management doesn’t listen to availability requests; Employees get sidelined waiting for promotions that were based on arbitrary accomplishments; Cliquey environment with management; Company allows sick kids to stay at the clinic despite updating sickness protocols following covid19; large majority of BCBAs are hands off and will stay on their computer during the entirety of supervision… I only saw BCBAs interacting directly with clients when I specifically asked for a protocol to be modeled, or if the behaviors were potentially dangerous to others.
