Pros
Some staff are great in that they are professional and care about clients. They are the minority though.
Cons
Poorly trained staff because new employees are to shadow coworkers, there is no structure or input from management on how staff need to be trained correctly (on how to behave properly with clients, etc). Some staff are especially unprofessional because they behave like petulant children (continually whine, get into verbal and physical altercations, take no responsibility for their behavior, etc.). The entire "structure" of the program is based upon having all clients do the same classes, some counseling, and watching tv.
