Not a good job unless you incapable of securing employment at all
Pros
They do hire convicted felons, and will turn a blind eye to employees who use drugs. Its not a bad place to start over again if you've made some serious mistakes in your life and need a second chance.
Cons
They pay most people around $11-$12 an hour to set up 400+ pound tents. Many of the workers are irresponsible and will drink on the job, and almost all have criminal records or are drug addicts. The company will ignore drug users until it gets slow in the winter season, and then "randomly" drug test to fire people without having to pay unemployment. Unless you have a criminal record and can't find work, this is terrible job, and i expect that this company will go out of business within 1 year due to bad business practices. No benefits or raises with this company.
