Pros

Modern clinical buildings Clinical site management and staff super professional.

Cons

PAY shockingly low BENEFITS non existent- when you contemplate signing up for Obamacare. Inundated with “trainings” that presented by staff that are not qualified to teach. Inconsistent billing practices. . The company’s management needs to review fidelity and make changes based on funding source. Constantly understaffed, lack of involvement recruitment for paraprofessional. I had to leave, the buildings felt like ghost towns, it’s inevitable they will last another year at most.
