      The company mission and preschool program is amazing. The salary and benefits are like no other.

      Cons

      While the mission and program is amazing the main headquarters is in Oahu and has become out of touch with individual teams.

      Pros

      I think the mission of the foundation is good. Really focused on helping people and giving back to the community. Management in the main office doesn't really bother you too much. The work you do makes you really feel like you're making a difference in your community. Work life balance is pretty good. You rarely work OT here. If you do they usually give some comp time.

      Cons

      Really cliquesh environment. Insecure coworkers. You have an interesting mix of people that are qualified and people who you can tell just randomly ended up there. The less qualified ones are always paranoid of you if you show any level of competence above them. The foundation is non-profit so your job is at the mercy of grants. Favoritism. (But I guess this is common in most places.)

      Pros

      Strong values. Family and community focused. Excellent benefits. Supportive supervisors and upper management. Possibility for quick upward growth within the organization (given you put it the effort and quality work).

      Cons

      Policies can be a bit intense. While I understand the purpose and reasoning to put so many policies in place, but sometimes it felt like everyone was punished for the bad behaviors of a few.
