Had a great culture when I was there - smart, hard working people trying to do the right thing.

Protracted takeover battle cost the company some good people, and created some ill will.

Great Benefits, Great atmosphere but not good for professional development. Too political

Pros

Great company to work for in terms of the people and the culture. Very relaxed atmosphere. Work and Life balance couldn't get any better! :D

Cons

not too many opportunities for professional advancement. It feels as if the company is focusing too much on processes and step by step "analysis" that the job becomes brainless. This is the main drawback after the centralization iniciative.
