      Totally haphazard in Role, Position, Authority etc.

      Pros

      Office is highly impressive only. There is not a single thing good of this company. It is literally crisscrossed by inefficiency, centralization, stealing, old dead management.

      Cons

      Just too many. Nothing transparent. No Chain of Command. All levels of employees always blabbering or oiling the Owner of this conglomerate.
