- It is a Latin American version of a small "body shop" [trying to imitate bodyshop like giants like TCS, Infosys etc..] picking up work at client sites whatever its nature. ["9/10 clients are difficult..." in their own words). No it is not some special ML/AI high tech outfit it markets itself as.
- If the client does not want keep the consultant, often they will let go of people citing "no other projects available..." - if they cannot find people another client within a week or two..."
- They will usually try to recruit out of work techies, at low prices, so they can send them out to clients for a hefty margin. Their preference is Spanish/Portuguese people even when recruiting in UK;only when the client insists on local on-site presence, they will hire someone in UK if client likes them. But they won't be treated same as spanish/portuguese staff. They will negotiate hard on salary in UK knowing someone is out of work.
- They operate virtually as small family firm which has no regard for employees.
- They will lie outright at interviews about the nature of the work. Interview processes are easy for a reason. Ultimately, the client decides if they want the candidateor not. So this body shop does not really care too much about hiring the techies. Whatever the client wants we will supply!
