      Pros

      location of office in Carrollton TX is fantastic, lots of close shopping and the parking on site is covered and nice. Facility/Office has lots of natural light. Support staff is wonderful and do what they can.

      Cons

      Zero organization from top down. No long term goals with steps to hit those goals.
