      - You can work from your comfort zone. - Flexible working hours - No micro management - Sallary is always on time - Paternity and maternity leaves

      Cons

      - Very low (almost no) F2F interaction with team members and company. - Have to manage with EST time zone (late night calls)

      Pros

      The work is fast paced and leadership is always pushing and driving ahead in every way. My teammates are really great people and did a lot to help me get up and running.

      Cons

      Less team meet ups and there should be tech lead for guidance and coordination between engineering and Devops team.
