Pros

Can't think of one at the moment

Cons

There is a reason why this office only has two employee's. They are unethical, dishonest and a disgrace to our industry. Was not compensated for files that were closed and funded under my NMLS number, even after a VP said in writing that I would be compensated. There is no integrity among anyone, employee to employee or employee to borrower.

Pros

Smaller company where everyone works together to get tasks on hand done efficiently. Everyone is extremely helpful and if there is a problem you know who to go to and how to get it done. Everyone really looks out for each other and no one minds going out of their way to get things done. Management provides you with the tools to succeed if you stay with it long enough.

Cons

Not enough communication between management and employees. You do not really know what is going on behind the scenes. Also there are a few employees who try to do the least amount possible. Also there is not a lot of room to move up since it is a smaller company that has been owned and will probably continue to be owned by the same family. Management is often out of the office, so their are sometimes when you cannot get an answer until later

Pros

Remote work and decent PTO,

Cons

pay is really low, communication is strictly through email, until management gets upset for not responding soon enough, The big downside to this was we were lied too, not enough work to go around. hours of staring at a screen waiting for something to do, then get penalized for not having enough to do. you have PTO, but aren't expected to use it.
