      Pros

      They were very supportive and always found a school for me . I had steady work.

      Cons

      I did not get to be a classroom substitute teacher very often. My jobs were mostly paraprofessional jobs.

      The office staff is often rude and condescending. Communication is often misleading and the are no prompt replies to inquiries.
