Pros

Nice patients. Staff tried hard to provide excellent patient care in spite of many obstacles. Salary wasn't the worst I ever had but it was pretty bad .

Cons

Concern over critical patient safely issues were ignored while management focused on micromanaging the actions and decisions of healthcare professionals. Decisions were subject to constant critical review after the fact by people who were not qualified to evaluate these decisions. Reprimands were frequent and occurred in private with no witnesses to the accusations being made. They did not follow the policies of the company regarding disciplinary actions for the endless number of perceived complaints they made. I could go on and on and never cover all the ways this place was a disaster to work for. Stock and supplies were inadequate. EMR was totally not user friendly. Staff had to spend time away from doing patient care while they counted syringes and alcohol preps and documented the lot numbers for every item they used during a shift.

Pros

- Recently bought out by a larger company, hopefully more opportunities will open up if you are looking to move up - Pharmacists and Internal team work really hard and are great at communicating what is necessary for a sale to go through. - Ok pay.

Cons

- Not enough people internally, you put your trust in the system in order for your sale to go through... very time-sensitive role - Payouts are very sketchy, managers will "forget" to place your sale in the correct territory or catch it so a lot of your sales end up in "house" and don't end up counting towards your goal or quota. - Manager is a hot head who is incompetent in sales and doesn't know how to motivate others, so he uses fear tactics. He is threatened by anybody with more experience than him, (MD's, Nurses, Pharmacists) and gets angry if questioned by anybody. Has ruined many customer relationships due to this. - Manager is also micro-managing, yet absent from territories. Will not be in the field with you more than 15 minutes once a month. - His manager is friends with him outside of work, so you will continue to go unheard and unanswered if you have questions. His manager also loves drama. - If you do get this role, record everything. Screenshot your odd conversations and voice record any and all in-person conversations so you can cover yourself. They just got bought out by a larger company, and hopefully they will snuff out the issues and address them properly.
