Pros

The work onsite with the customer was enjoyable.

Cons

expensive Benefits, no matching 401k, PTO is a joke, most of their customers have more observed holidays so you don't get paid or have to use your PTO, you're just a contractor even though they say you're a FT exempt employee. They will make you go on a salary so they don't have to pay you more than 40 hours, but still bill the client for the work you're doing 40 hours and more. No raises unless they can get more money from the customer or if you play their game

Customer is the only reason I stayed.

Pros

The customer I work with is great. Customer provides one of the best work environments, professional, and inclusive. Competitive salary. And, there are some great Paradigm coworkers.

Cons

Paradigm is not the greatest in how they run their organization. They are not the worst, but definitely not the best or average. Their policies and employee benefits are not comparable to other organizations in the same industry, they clearly benefit the employer financially and not the employee. No match for 401k. Zero rollover of PTO hours, at the end of the year they zero out your PTO balance, whether you start in January or November. Who does that? Interview process was extremely frustrating and time consuming. It lacked common consideration of interviewee’s time. This should have been the first warning to walk away, but for reason I did not trust my gut. Paid holidays are lacking. This might be a good place to start your career or maybe you stayed because you never worked anywhere else, but mid to senior level employees joining now may not be happy. Of course by the time you find out about the lacking employee benefits it is too late, you’re already an employee. Lesson learned and new questions to ask future employers.

We’re very happy to hear that you are enjoying your delivery engagement with our clients and your coworkers! We believe in building strong partnerships with clients that share our core values. This optimizes our top-tier value delivery and keeps our people satisfied and fulfilled in their careers! As a professional services organization, our employees are our number one asset and top priority. We currently offer the national average of seven paid holidays in addition to PTO. We highly encourage our employees to take vacation time and decompress throughout the year to remain happy and healthy versus letting it carryover into the following year. We strive to maintain full transparency about our benefits offering during the interview process and encourage prospective employees to address any questions or concerns related to coverage matters directly with our hiring teams. In addition, our leadership team carefully analyzes our benefits offering annually, and consistently implements ongoing improvements. We recently rolled out an additional growth incentive bonus program as an alternative program to reward our employees for their hard work! We truly appreciate your feedback and our HR team would love to learn more about how we can do better by contacting us directly. – Thank you!

Pros

Ok pay. Ok time off

Cons

Leadership when onsite at client so hands off it is ridiculous. Why do managers have jobs if they arent going to "manage". Really a contract company not consulting. Not much opportunity except the role they hire you into. Very restrictive environment.
