      Good to work with Paradigm

      Pros

      Salaries are paid in time, lot of group activities where VP of IT is also involved.Technical team is competitive.

      Cons

      HR team is not that competitive, No transparency, No Growth,Very minimal support from senior management on improving the skills that are needed for job to be done.
