Very poor training process, lacklustre management, overly bureaucratic, resistance from other departments to assist. A company intent on growing the number of properties they own, but not in having sufficient staff to manage them.

Top heavy management structure. Too many supervisors and managers adding zero value to the business Target driven management with little regard for staff welfare or wellbeing Toxic management culture. Trades are tracked and micromanaged obsessively and expected to travel unlimited hours with no extra pay Managers will not tolerate opinions different to theirs. Company likes disciplinaries and investigations Training and career progressions are reserved for the favoured ones regardless of sills or experience Most promotions are already decided before ads go out A lot of front line staff morale is at rock bottom. There is a lot of gaslighting from management
