Interesting tech company but not a lot of room for employees to suggest new ideas.

Pros
Innovative technology in card access and kiosks. Connected to some of the biggest banks in the country as well as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Cons
Growth out of production is almost impossible. Management doesn't see the employees who work in the production area capable of moving up to office positions.

Colleagues are supportive of each other, but this may vary depending on the group and time that you join.
Cons
In one word: stagnation. You may want to look elsewhere if you're looking to grow your skillset. Management uses threats of termination to get what they want. The President/CEO has explicitly threatened to send people to the "unemployment line". Performance reviews and pay raises are delayed one time after another due to "competing priorities".
