- A lot of opportunity for building skills outside of your expertise - Support from my manager in career growth - Transparent CEO - Fully remote - Compensation is very good - Fantastic and highly skilled coworkers - Team meetings are fun and welcomed if you bring the right energy and your management supports that

Cons

I don't have any other than hearing that some teams have inconsistent happiness amongst engineers due to different management styles.

Amazing Culture & People: The culture at Pantheon is reflected in the people. I absolutely love my team and have had great experiences with every cross-functional group I’ve interacted with. This makes me very happy and motivated :) ! Supportive Leadership: Leadership is amazing and provides clear direction and support. This is true from my direct leaders and all the way up. Best Onboarding I’ve Had: The hiring process was quick and HR was always on top of updates, but the onboarding was the standout. It was the most organized experience I’ve had—having clear 30, 60, and 90-day goals made it so much easier to understand exactly what I needed to do to be successful here. Product Confidence: 100% confident in the product itself.

Cons

Nothing so far: It’s a really exciting time to be at Pantheon. Things move fast, but I’m just thankful to be part of it.

Pros

Lots of great people, both new and tenured. New leadership seems generally great. Strong customer base that loves the product. The new CEO is setting a high bar and shows real belief in both the business and the individuals at the company. It's an exciting time to see the opportunity and have a leader that is giving the resources the make a leap forward.

Cons

There are areas of the organization that are still stabilizing after so many leadership changes over the past year. It seems the new leadership is capable, but it will take time for the culture and trust to follow. A lot of technical debt exists, but thankfully there are lots of engineers that understand how to eliminate now. They need a chance to make this happen though.
