Lenient Accrued PTO Don't have to be good at your job for raises
Cons
New management is terrible. Your just a number... if that. They have no business sense. They're acting like they know what they're doing but it's alot of lies and winging it as they go.

Good Profit Sharing if Company is doing well. Health Insurance is ok. Dental and Eye $800.00 a year each.
Cons
- Management is very Authoritarian. - The only place I've worked where writing up people is discussed. Felt like middle school. - Office is a beat up old trailer with rotting floors and no running water. - Need to walk through cold and rain to go to restroom. - No building maintenance. Never shovel or salt walkways and stairs. - Restrooms are disgusting. Cleaned once a week. - Pay is subpar. - Plant is a dark dingy place.
