Pros

Interesting projects are being developed. Overall, many decent, hard-working people work here.

Cons

Poor management, weak ability to raise funds which make it difficult to develop new projects. I was treated very poorly, perceived badly for making one mistake, and not supported in my efforts to improve systems and processes.

Pros

You will learn a lot working here. Benefits are great.

Cons

The issues come from the top. For an organization aiming to promote human rights and justice in the region, the human rights of employees are not protected. Employees are expected to work long hours and constantly be on call. Work-life balance does not exist at PADF which when paired with a less than ideal salary makes for a miserable work environment.
