      Pros

      The company culture is great and the Huntington Beach office is very nice. It has a great view.

      Cons

      About half of the senior management is loyal to themselves and the other half is loyal to the company. It can get weird sometimes.

      Great Place for a Hard worker

      Pros

      Great opportunities for growth, lots of challenges, and a great working environment. If you want to work hard and prove yourself there is endless growth

      Cons

      Policies and procedures still need to get hammered out, however things are always getting better. No option to work from home. Still using hard VoIP phones instead of soft Phones. There could be better reporting on certain things.
