      Pros

      Very easy-going environment. The team is great and there are lots of opportunities to keep growing and developing professionally and personally. Also the company is fully remote and it's quite flexible regarding ways of working and time off. Definitely at its best momentum right now!

      Cons

      The pace can be quite fast at times and it would be an ideal work environment for someone that likes to have their hands dirty, happy to receive constructive feedback and able to adapt to new challenges that a constantly evolving product brings in.

      Full of intelligent people that genuinely care about each other. An exec team that listens. Some great benefits. A product you can believe in. A lot of focus on making the company culture sustainable as the company grows.

      Fast paced environment can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      *Probably one of the best places I’ve worked at! People are really smart and ambitious but also supportive. I feel we all genuinely believe in the company’s mission and want to build a great product to help couples maintain healthy and happy relationships. * Flexible working and really fun people to work with. * There are lots of opportunities for growth especially as we scale. * Leadership/execs clearly communicate the company goals and vision while welcoming feedback from all.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of really. It’s a fast growing company but Paired is a new type of product/new habit for couples. Making relationship care a thing is fun but can be challenging!
