Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our people are truly our greatest asset, and it’s wonderful to see that culture reflected in your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges of our global nature. Coordinating across time zones and regions is a complex puzzle, and we recognise that communication can sometimes feel the strain of that distance. We are constantly looking for better ways to bridge these gaps to ensure every team member feels connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

Pros

Consistent and Trusting Leadership: The level of support received from leaders since day one is exceptional. I have not worked in an organization where I felt that everyone had my back. Culture and Team Environment: The teams are truly collaborative and supportive. There's a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing. Growth & Opportunity: I appreciated the opportunities for professional development, particularly the LearnUp time and proactive knowledge sharing. Leadership encourages you to take ownership of your career trajectory. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: The fully remote work model is genuinely respected. The company trusts its employees to manage their time effectively, which makes balancing work and personal life much easier. Product/Mission: It's rewarding to work on a product that genuinely helps HR teams manage talent. The mission feels impactful.

Cons

Limited Travel/In-Person Connection: While the remote model is appreciated, there is a lack of business trips or formal in-person collaboration, which can sometimes limit cross-functional relationship building. Global Time Zone Challenges: Being a global company, coordinating projects and meetings across multiple time zones presents logistical challenges. Navigating the AI Shift: Operating in the talent management space requires constant focus on humanizing the employee experience. Balancing this critical, people-first approach with the rapid adoption and integration of AI technologies is a challenging, ongoing strategic space.

Thank you for your long-term commitment to PageUp and for highlighting the trust, flexibility, and collaborative spirit that we strive to maintain. Hearing that you feel "everyone has your back" is the highest compliment our leadership team could receive. We appreciate your sophisticated take on the challenges we face as we grow. As a remote-first, global organization, we recognize that while autonomy is a strength, we must be more intentional about creating opportunities for in-person connection. Your advice regarding the AI shift is incredibly timely. We are fully committed to ensuring our product roadmap integrates the latest technology while staying true to our mission of humanising the employee experience. Thank you for being such an integral part of the PageUp journey.

Pros

PageUp embraces a remote-first culture built on genuine trust. It's easy to connect with co-workers at a professional level. Management is consistently open to feedback and takes meaningful actions, keeps everyone updated. Leaders show real empathy toward employees. Wide opportunities for career growth. Great benefits & compensation is highly competitive.

Cons

The only trade-off with being remote-first is that it’s harder to build meaningful/ deeper connections with colleagues across the globe. Not a lot of opportunities to bring in-person collaboration.

Thank you for your review! We are so pleased to hear that you’re feeling the impact of our remote-first culture and that the trust and empathy we value in our leadership are translating into your daily experience. It’s also great to know that our benefits and career growth opportunities are hitting the mark for you. We hear you loud and clear on the trade-offs of remote work. While the flexibility of being remote-first is a core part of who we are, we recognise that building deeper, meaningful connections across global borders requires extra effort. We are constantly looking for creative ways to foster that sense of community. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to refine how we stay connected as a global team. We’re so glad to have you with us!
