      Pros

      Opportunity to get ahead can be had, if you keep an open mind about some of the immature business processes that exist because of growing pains. Thinking outside of the box helps, and I find that mgt is open to news ideas if reasonable and achievable.

      Cons

      Can be a struggle to find the right "groove" if you are particular about certain things like mgt attention. Mgt can be busy with multiple clients, so getting their attention can be difficult.

      Lots of different languages used at the office, very mult-cultural. Good working environment.

      Hard to take vacation time most of the year, due to client priorities.

      Pros

      The only good thing in working in pactera is i meet some interesting people during this period in the company , because the company always change workers like socks.

      Cons

      Cant say enough about this company so i try to make it short , awful working place . no sufficient basic working tools , like computers memory cards SIM cards and more basic equipment. no training ,no development in career , low pay , no team buildings or any social events or benefits.
