Pros
Management will often makes last minute decisions after not making a decision for weeks on end. This leads to very disjunctive marketing messages and a lot of wasted resources, time and money - not to mention really sloppy work. Many of the managers are not qualified to be managing their departments as they have not actually done any of the work they are attempting to manage. Lack of respect for in-house experts.
Cons
Absolutely zero respect for their employees and forget about work-life balance. On call 24/7 or they will threaten to fire you. Every day is a non-stop fire drill exercise. If you enjoy having profanity and insults thrown at you constantly by the CEO then my friend, this is the place for you. Surrounded by "yes men" who bow to the superior leader, nothing will ever change with this company.
