The company is solid and growing, the people are great.

Cons

The inconsistency of the owners. I agree with the other reviews. The owners let some get away with stuff and do not lead fairly. That was very frustrating and very disappointing.

The owners are inconsistent. It seems like they have the approach they can do whatever they want and really do not care about the people. Policies are in place and not followed for all Dress Code - buyer can wear gym shoes, jeans, and look overly casual. Some wear flip flop shoes but others are held to dress code Cell Phone - A no cell phone policy but some are allowed to have cell phones even though they are not management Some people are treated so poorly even after several years. It's disappointing to see how these owners run their company
