Good holidays and birthday off.

Nepotism throughout the West coast branch, condescending tone to employees, stressful work environment, seen as replaceable, not understanding of sickness or family emergencies.

Pros

Good benefits and you get your birthday off with pay. They also pay workers cash for day labor so if you want to make a quick buck, work for a week and you'll get paid in cash.

Cons

Prepare to be micro managed. Very high turn over unless you're the VP who runs the place or one of her daughters or her daughters friends. A lot of backstabbing and lying from upper management.
