It is a small company, which means you get to know the people you work with and become a little family. You learn a lot about the business and how to deal with different clients. It gives lots of opportunities, you just have to go get them. The more you do, the more you learn.

Cons

the learning curve in the beginning could be difficult and challenging, but if you love challenges and ask for help, people are willing to help you and you will succeed.
