Pros

Generally decent people around the business

Cons

There are too few senior managers interested in building up their employees. It’s all about making them look good and their members of board. As a result they lose highly experienced and competent staff who go on to other companies and excel. Too much corruption at the top end.

Pros

Young, outgoing and active company with some great characters.

Cons

Unfortunately the few ruin it for the many. Clique culture which could have some impact on your career depending on your level. I've seen Leadership hires who lack the relevant skills or indepth knowledge. The company has inturn suffered delays in making progress due to said gaps. This individual may have got the job through relationships as opposed to calibre, their were certainly better candidates who applied for the job!

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to provide this. We always look to employ people who have the relevant skills and qualifications for each role and in the interest of helping to develop our employees, we prioritise recruiting internally where we can. We are developing new approaches and providing more guidance and training to managers for interviewing and assessment techniques and we actively promote diversity and inclusion across the business which includes providing all employees with unconscious bias training.
