Pros

Pacific Interlink is a large organisation with strong business footprint across continents and that offers tremendous opportunity to learn and manage business across very different markets and situations. Due to the inherent dynamic nature of the business one will learn to handle multiple jobs simultaneously and solve various business issues in a creative manner. People are expected to take charge of a business and drive them to achieve set objectives. hence, one can develop the entrepreneurial management skills rather than a structured given business doctrine. A good place to learn and grow.

Cons

Pacific Interlink is not the place for a person who expects everything to be served on a platter. This is a place where one will not only need to take charge of things but also expected to make things happen. Hence, one can either feel totally at sea or empowered to deliver the business objectives. This being a family owned business decision making can be either very fast or slow. Also one must be patient to understand the diverse nature of the business and the people before expecting things to happen.

Pros

Good place to learn if you're starting out, fairly diverse workforce

Cons

1. Operations is run poorly 2. Low pay 3. Local Staff are not given equal opportunities and benefits as compared to the expatriates 4. Office politics here is absolutely crazy, everyone looks for an opportunity to screw you over! 5. Senior Management is more focused on saving money at the expense of it's employees and the business itself. 6. Medical benefits could be better 7. A promotion here is equals to selling your soul to the company.
