Pros

Depending on what team you are on and what clients you have you may have a decent work experience.

Cons

Catty- Extreme politics in this agency. Teammates will pretend to be your friend but would do anything to see you fail. Teams are competitive against one another esp amongst the higher ups LACK OF DIVERSITY- Would it hurt to hire more people of color or men and promote them? Everyone here is... you guessed it WHITE Inhumane treatment- Upper management comes and goes as they please but expects everyone else to work from the crack of dawn until 8pm. Management would preach about how much they appreciate your efforts but still leave your team under staffed and you overworked Clients- treat agency workers like their servants. No respect or boundaries ever. You're expected to meet deliverables no matter what it cost and how much of your sanity is sacrificed Work Life Balance- There is none. Average 50-60 hour weeks and be expected to answer clients post business hours and work over the weekend. Don't expect time to eat a proper lunch either, your teammates will start wondering why your gone any longer than 15 mins

Pros

Free candy that will give you diabetes so you'll need the pharma products they're selling.

Cons

My experience working for this company was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to a group of managers who actively engage in bullying and go to extreme lengths to set their subordinates up for failure. I cannot emphasize enough how utterly demoralizing and toxic this work environment has become under their "leadership." First and foremost, the bullying is relentless. These managers seem to take pleasure in humiliating their team members, using their positions of power to berate and belittle with no regard for professionalism or basic human decency. It's clear that their intent is not to mentor or guide but to crush the spirits of those unfortunate enough to work under them. But it doesn't stop there. What's even more alarming is the deliberate effort to sabotage their own employees. Instead of nurturing talent and fostering growth, these managers actively undermine their team's efforts. They set unrealistic expectations, provide incomplete information, and withhold crucial resources, all with the sinister aim of ensuring failure. Communication within the organization is practically nonexistent. These managers don't just fail to provide guidance; they actively mislead their subordinates. It's almost as if they want their employees to stumble blindly into traps they've set. This not only creates confusion and frustration but also wastes valuable time and resources. In meetings and project discussions, these managers excel at shifting blame. They take credit for their subordinates' successes, while conveniently placing blame on them for any setbacks or failures. It's a blatant display of cowardice and a complete disregard for personal accountability. Additionally, favoritism runs rampant in this company. Those who are willing to pander to the managers are rewarded, while talented individuals who refuse to engage in sycophantic behavior are pushed aside. This creates an atmosphere of resentment and stifles innovation and creativity. The toll this toxic management has taken on the workforce is immeasurable. Many talented employees have left to find better, higher-paying positions with competitors serving the same client. It's disheartening to witness such potential depart from the company due to the malicious intent of a few individuals. In conclusion, my experience at this company was marred by managers who actively bullied and sabotaged their own team members. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply unethical. It creates a work environment that is emotionally and mentally exhausting, with a detrimental impact on both individual careers and the company's overall success. I strongly urge anyone considering employment here to think twice and seek opportunities elsewhere, where their talents and contributions will be valued and respected, rather than systematically undermined.
