Pros
A little experience will helpful in future. NO pros as I know.
Cons
They took Rs 25000 as safety deposit and never returned back. They keep asking for money as Fee, Conditional fee and what not. ( They also hire those who have rich family background). Very less salary. No appreciation from seniors, managers. No allowances. Arrogant Managers. No transparency. All liars
