      Definitely not the place to start the career with, poor workplace and meagre salary, Nothing to learn and grow, write crap code and sell it to client

      Hi There, I can't completely agree with you. We have many guys who started a career here at Pace Wisdom and are still working with us. Comparing an MNC with startup ecosystem is unfair when you have workspace and salaries. Yes, we had some challenges with the workspace in our previous office location. But Our new nest is really a place that our workforce enjoys to work. On account of Crap code, I appreciate your wisdom. And I am sure if you see some of our recent work you will appreciate our growth as well.

      You can code whatever you want, Make mistakes and learn process, take break for as many times you want just be there till 10-7.

      Low salary, No basic office facility, No process in work, Poorly managed system

      Hi there, Thanks for your comments and reviews. As a startup company we have been having challenges on the workspace and the cons mentioned are a characteristic of dynamic culture we have had. However, If you are still along with us, you know that we have moved to a new and better office space. If not, please visit us to our new office and see, I am sure you will be proud.
