Kind leadership that cares about creating a great company to work for and work with. Huge opportunities to grow and continuous learning. Bonuses are earned for good performance. Great team atmosphere. Ability to work remotely.
Cons
no job comes without challenges and frustrating days. This job is not an easy job and not for everyone- you need to be able to handle a fast-paced and always-changing environment.

Been with the company for 10 years.. The company was founded on core values that are still followed today. We all share ideas, take the time to listen to each other and most of all do the best job for our clients and canidates.
