Leadership micro manages. Lack of trust by CEO in leadership, unless you are Chinese.
No defined strategy or infrastructure. Many processes are antiquated.
Pay is significantly (30%-40%) lower than market.
No work life balance - Expectation is to be available to work nights ash weekends as needed by the CEO.
Employees are viewed as disposable.
IT systems are non-existent. Email and phone system doesn't work reliably (up to 20 minutes to send and receive email) and not everyone has a phone. Some people have to share a line.

Let me the oportunity of liderate enginnering projects, my opinion is take in serius terms for welding and equiment modifications

Poor safety analisys or none, much heavy human body effort for no correct tools or equipment to move, lift . Do not celebrate or recognize when big projects are done. The ambient is like the company go to close operations in any moments.
