Pros

A strong portfolio of brands with exciting projects in the pipeline as well as recently launched. A very friendly working environment with approachable peers and colleagues. Strong work/life balance.

Cons

A culture where who you know is more important than what you know. Politics is overwhelming, more than the average corporation - mainly due to an archaic HR function, which holds a large amount of power over the rest of the organization.

Pros

- The clean and cool work space/building - People from outside the company think that you are working in a prestigious place - Strong portfolio of well-known brands - You learn a lot (the hard way) and you learn how to work under much pressure

Cons

- No opportunities of growing internally - Huge workload (minimum staff per team) - Messy organization - Too much hierarchy - Inefficient HR team - Archaic and complex structure - Competitive atmosphere (there are really nice and good people too) - Many politics - Too many protected and untalented people at top positions - Being French is a plus, if you have another nationality (even Catalan or Spanish), good luck!

Pros

Good environment, Great people and Amazing Brands Company has resources and invests on growth business drivers Great location, facilities and benefits... confortable place to be, comfort zone

Cons

Few career plan opportunities, low visibility of new openings, a very powerful HR lobby, lack of HR transparency and support. E.g. They will offer a change of position only to cover a current gap they have and they feel you can cover, but not paying any attention to your appraisals or development plan, and forget about salary improvements, changes tend to be "horizontal"... not "vertical". And of course, if you don't accept that oppotunity you will not get any other. Very hierarchic, impressions about a profile are made with the opinion of a few powerful ones (no 360º appraisal approach) Unbalanced power of influence between Brand (power) and Market teams (followers), this creates inefficient frictions due to a lack of internal trust, un-agility
