      A pretty good company to learn how the IT Consulting business works, especially for fresh graduates

      Benefits: main salary + daily allowance, per diems (for projects located outside Jkt), THR 1x salary, BPJS, health insurance, vacation leaves 12 days/year, overtime bonus (with permission)

      Cons

      Workload intensity: depends on the project and supervisor, a huge project may require you to do overtime work for several hours in weekends, while the other projects with lower scale may require few extra hours in weekdays or not at all, also different supervisors = different leaderships Career path: not really clear, you might find yourself stuck in the same position for years and lacks of training/development program
