Nothing. Join this company if you want to destroy your mental peace.
Cons
Owner of company is so toxic. He doesn't pay salary to employee when employee leaves company. Use harsh language, create unnecessary rules to create obstacle in notice period. No increment. So unprofessional behavior of management level.
