      1. Opportunity to heavily involve with product development from sketching to actual product realization. 2. Vast amount of different engineering field allows you to have wider knowledge and competency.

      Cons

      1. Development project is currently slower than previous years. Lack of excitement in development as Geely taking over more responsibility. 2. Obsolete management and KPI methodology is still practiced by the company. 3. Slow salary and career growth for those who stays.
